Remembering the Past, Living in the Moment: Innovative Activities for People with Dementia

September 17, 2021

You’re invited to Remembering the Past, Living in the Moment: Innovative Activities for People with Dementia, featuring Music & Memory Board Member, Ann Wyatt. Attendees will learn more about the Music & Memory program and how favorite music can make a big difference for people living with cognitive loss during the aging process.

GREENDALE PUBLIC LIBRARY (Greendale, WI)
Event Type: Hybrid: Live & Zoom
When: Tuesday, Sept. 21st, 12:30am-2pm EST
Where: Library Lower Level

Also presenting will be TimeSlips. Timeslips invites connections through creativity as bodies and minds change with age.  Memory Cafes provide a safe, supportive environment where people can meet up and engage in cognitive activities to perk up memory.

This is a hybrid event with the speaker presenting through Zoom while being projected in the Greendale Library (Greendale, WI) Lower Level Community Meeting Room.  Participants can choose to attend in person or through Zoom.

All attendees will be registered for a drawing of an MP3 player and a TimeSlips Creative Care Imaginations Kit.
