Registering to become a MUSIC & MEMORY® Certified Care Organization is easy! Just follow the simple steps below to get certified:
- Fill out the Registration Form to provide contact information and indicate selected webinar dates.
- Music & Memory will email you an invoice within two business days. Payment deadline is the Friday before selected webinar date. Webinar dates must be selected 72 hours prior to webinar.
- Payment confirmation and webinar login instructions will be sent via email a few days prior to the webinar.
- Login on selected webinar date and get trained!
NOTE: Registered organizations are required to attend all webinar sessions to become certified.
- Registered parties may change their selected live webinar dates at any time.
- The live webinar requires both computer and phone access (phone is for webinar audio).
- Music & Memory recommends logging into the live webinar early to set up audio/video.
- Don’t forget to sign in both days of the live webinar using the name of your organization, not your personal name.
